Shipping Policy

Ambitious Dreamz Collection is operated by Ambitious Dreamz Studio LLC. We work with Apliiq and Printful to produce and fulfill our apparel and accessories. Many items are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment providers. The production location and available shipping services depend on the product.

Where we ship

We accept orders for delivery within the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected additional countries and territories enabled in our international market. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom or to European Union (EU) countries and territories. International shipping availability depends on the delivery address, products ordered, and available carrier services. A Rest of World shipping zone does not mean that every destination or every product is supported.

As of the date above, destinations excluded by our store include Afghanistan, Armenia, Bahrain, Belarus, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kiribati, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, the Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen. These are store exclusions; the reasons include supplier or carrier limitations, service disruptions, and our own destination choices. They are not a statement that every listed destination is legally prohibited.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $50 USD or more. The qualifying merchandise amount is measured after discounts and before taxes. Eligibility depends on the products and their shipping profile. Items fulfilled under different shipping profiles may have separate charges or promotions; a mixed cart may therefore still have a shipping charge. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, rates depend on the products, destination, shipment weight, and fulfillment provider. The $50 U.S. order-value offer does not apply to international delivery. International shipping is charged at checkout unless a separate product-specific or international free-shipping offer is expressly shown there.

International taxes, duties, and customs

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and carrier clearance or handling fees. Any taxes or duties collected by us at checkout will be identified in the order summary. Unless expressly stated as included or prepaid, shipping charges do not include all possible import charges. Additional amounts not collected or prepaid may be payable by the recipient to the carrier or customs authority before delivery, where applicable.

Customs inspections and requests for recipient information may extend delivery times. Contact us before ordering with questions about your destination. This policy does not override our obligations or your rights under applicable tax or consumer law.

Production and delivery estimates

Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Standard Apliiq orders generally require approximately one week for production before shipment. Printful fulfillment averages approximately 2–5 business days for many product categories; some products or facilities take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch dates. Product-specific estimates, availability, and any order-specific delivery commitments should also be considered.

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service. International transit can take longer because of customs processing and local carrier handoffs. Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, and busy production periods can affect arrival. Tracking and any delivery estimates shown at checkout provide order-specific information. If a significant delay affects your order, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund options required by law.

Tracking and separate shipments

We provide shipment and tracking information through the contact details supplied at checkout when available. A newly created tracking number may not show movement immediately. Orders with multiple products or fulfillment providers may arrive in separate packages from different facilities, with separate tracking information. You will not be charged additional shipping after purchase without disclosure and your agreement, except import or carrier charges described above where applicable.

Address corrections and undeliverable packages

Please check your shipping address, apartment or unit number, postal code, and contact details carefully. Email us promptly to request a correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun. If a package is returned as undeliverable or cannot clear customs, contact us to review the available options. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained before a new shipment is arranged. Cancellation and refund requests remain subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.

Delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect orders

Email contact@ambitiousdreamzstudio.com with your store order number and a description of the issue. For damage or incorrect items, include clear photographs of the item and packaging when possible. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery; this requested reporting period does not limit statutory rights that last longer.

Do not send merchandise to a supplier or a ship-from address without contacting us first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
