Ambitious Dreamz Studio LLC, trading as Ambitious Dreamz Collection (we, us, or our), operates this store and its related shopping services, content, features, and communications (the Services). • Shopify and service providers: providers of ecommerce hosting, payments, IT, security, analytics, customer support, and related services.
• Production and fulfillment: Apliiq and Printful receive information needed for the products they fulfill, such as the recipient's name, delivery address, necessary contact details, and order or customization information. Shipping carriers and logistics providers receive information needed to transport, track, clear customs for, and deliver orders. We may exchange claim details and photos to resolve defects or delivery issues.
• Business and marketing partners: information used to provide, measure, or personalize advertising where those features are used and permitted. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law. Partners may also process information under their own privacy notices.
• At your direction: where you request or authorize disclosure, including through third-party integrations you choose to use.
• Corporate and legal matters: affiliates where relevant, a lawful business transaction such as a merger or transfer, valid legal requirements, and protection of our rights or the rights and safety of others.

Relationship with Shopify and the Shop app

Shopify hosts our store and processes information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve its services. Information submitted through the store may be shared with Shopify and relevant service providers in countries other than your own. Certain Shopify features use information about interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. When Shopify processes information for its own purposes, including applicable Shop or Shop Pay services, Shopify is responsible for that processing and the associated rights requests.

Information you post publicly, including reviews or social-media content, may be visible to others. Linking to another site does not by itself mean we endorse it.

Children's information

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age for independently using the Services.
