Returns and Refund Policy

Ambitious Dreamz Collection is operated by Ambitious Dreamz Studio LLC. Our apparel and accessories are produced and fulfilled through Apliiq and Printful, depending on the product. Our store handles support and return claims for purchases made from us.

Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange a no-cost replacement or another appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable. Approved claims carry no return-shipping charge or restocking fee. Returns for other reasons remain available where required by applicable law, including the statutory withdrawal rights below.

We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a customer-selected incorrect size, or a preference about a correctly produced item. Please check product details, size guides, and order information before purchasing. Normal wear, misuse, and ordinary screen-to-print color differences alone are not production defects. This does not excuse an item that is faulty, materially misdescribed, damaged, or different from the item ordered.

Mandatory consumer rights take priority over our discretionary return rules. Producing an item after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove a statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or defective-goods remedy. Sale items also retain any rights required by applicable law.

How to report a problem

Inspect your order on arrival. Please report a defect, damage, or an incorrect item within 30 days of delivery by emailing contact@ambitiousdreamzstudio.com. Include your store order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging when possible. You do not need an Apliiq or Printful order number. If photos are not practical, contact us for another reasonable way to assess the issue.

We coordinate the review with the fulfillment provider. A confirmed production or fulfillment error will be resolved through a replacement at no cost or another appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable. Any choice of remedy required by law remains yours. The 30-day reporting request and supplier claim procedures do not shorten any longer statutory rights or excuse us from our obligations to you.

Return authorization and costs

Contact us before returning merchandise. A physical return may not be required. If we require a return for an approved defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a prepaid label or another return method at our expense and provide the correct return address and instructions. Approved defect, damage, and incorrect-item claims have no return-shipping charge or restocking fee. Do not send items directly to a supplier or to an address printed on a shipping label without our instructions.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a size, address, or other order change or a cancellation. Production can begin promptly, so discretionary changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has started. Any cancellation or withdrawal right required by applicable law is unaffected.

Refunds

We will notify you of the outcome after reviewing your claim and any return that is reasonably required. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner when required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us. The statutory withdrawal rules below take precedence where they apply.

European Union and other statutory withdrawal rights

Where applicable law grants a withdrawal right, eligible customers may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason during the statutory period. For eligible EU purchases, this is generally 14 days after you or your designated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the goods; for goods in a single order delivered separately, it runs from receipt of the last item. You may also notify us before delivery. A deadline that falls on a non-working day is extended where required by law.

To exercise that right, send a clear statement to contact@ambitiousdreamzstudio.com identifying your name, order, and decision to withdraw. No special wording or explanation is required. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us, using the return instructions provided. For a non-defective statutory withdrawal, you bear the direct return-postage cost only where this was disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. There is no restocking fee for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

For an applicable EU withdrawal, we refund the amount required by law, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge we offered, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. Any deduction for diminished value is limited to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning, as permitted by law.

Exceptions can apply to goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, such as an item incorporating your own name or unique custom request. Simply printing a standard catalog design after purchase, or selecting a standard size or color, is not automatically treated as that exception. Other statutory exceptions apply only when their legal conditions are met.

Your consumer rights and earlier orders

Nothing in this policy excludes non-waivable consumer guarantees or remedies, including applicable rights in Australia and other markets we serve. Orders placed before this update retain the return terms offered at purchase and all applicable statutory rights.
